Raj Singh is a technology executive, software architect, researcher, and educator whose work spans artificial intelligence, enterprise architecture, software engineering, intelligent systems, and learning technologies.
His work focuses on translating research into production systems, particularly at the intersection of generative AI, NLP, knowledge systems, intelligent agents, enterprise architecture, and measurable AI outcomes.
He has held senior technology and architecture leadership roles and has taught computer science and software engineering at the university level.
His research includes hybrid NLP–LLM systems, cognitive learning AI, provenance-aware generation, enterprise agent architectures, knowledge systems, machine learning, and enterprise architecture.
He is also the creator of the Cognitive Learning AI Framework (CLAF) and the technical founder behind CLAF Studio.
